If I add a new customer’s email and phone to my Google Sheet when will the request be sent?

If the Auto Send toggle is turned on then all new requests are automatically processed hourly. Email and SMS messages are sent out between 9AM and 7PM PST, If the auto send is not on you will need to press the Send Request Now button to send messages. Customers are automatically sent a reminder email and/or SMS one week later if they have not responded.
